May and Might

                                             MAY AND MIGHT

  We use them to say that something is a possibility.  Possible actions or happenings in the future.

It might rain later (perhaps it will rain).

We might have to wait (perhaps we will have to wait?

I might/ may be late (possible).

The negative forms are:

May not and Might not

*Important: In real situations we can use might or may and the meaning remains the same. When the situation is not real, we use only might.

For example: If I were in Tom´s position, I might look for another job.
